This to me is why always going to the big companies is not always the answer.
My supervisor wanted to order one of the headcovers and he ordered it a little later than he should have. Although all of the shipments said it would be at least a week for the order to arrive, even on Amazon. I took a chance and called Daphne's support line and actually got to talk to a real person! :) I explained the situation and I was told that they would make sure the shipment went out the day I ordered and although they were not guaranteeing it would be delivered when I needed it, they would do what they could to get it there as soon as possible. Well it is being delivered when my supervisor needs it!! I appreciate the customer service and care and attention to really try to meet my needs. Thank you Daphne's Headcovers! :)

I bought the goat and flamingo for my son as birthday gifts. I was surprised by just how high quality these actually were. I can't say enough about this company. The materials used, the attention to detail, the fit for each individual club, and the personalization and whimsy they add to the golf bag are top notch. Thank goodness my son wanted specific covers because one is cuter than the next, and I don't know how I would've chosen something on my own. Daphne's has thought of everything! I want them all!
